Since each piece is made to order, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if your item(s) arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, please let us know by contacting us at customerservice@icantwithout.coffee.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong/mislabeled items, damaged items, or whose items get lost in the mail. If any of these apply, please contact us at customerservice@icantwithout.coffee with photos of wrong/damaged items and follow the instructions below:
I CAN'T Without COFFEE®️ must be contacted within 14 days of the date your shipment is received in order to process a refund.
All returns must be sent back to I CAN'T Without COFFEE®️ in the original packaging and condition within 14 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.
In case of return/exchanges for lost/damaged items, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Since everything is made special for you after you order, we don’t store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Please reach out to us at via messenger/inbox on our website and social media with any questions that you may have. We are happy to assist you! In case you received and item that has mislabeled, please read the next section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at customerservice@icantwithout.coffee within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
We are happy to help. Before getting in touch with us, please do the following first:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at customerservice@icantwithout.coffee with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
